We started by combing through every training plan we’d ever written for our one-on-one clients, compiling a list of similarities and athlete traits. We then took that information and built training plans designed to meet the most important needs of the highest number of athletes. These plans contain all the high level training knowledge of our fully customized programs, but without their associated cost.

Running (5k - Marathon) - 19.99/mo

Two main quality sessions per week, with an emphasis on Threshold Running. 1 Speed Development workout per week. Long Runs every other week. All you need to set a new PR on the track, trails, or road!

Ultra (50k - 24hrs) - 19.99/mo

Two main quality sessions per week, with an emphasis on Threshold Running, Muscular Endurance, and Long Efforts. 1 Speed Development workout per week. Whether you're looking to compete or simply complete, this plan is for you!

OCR (Sprint - Ultra) - 19.99/mo

Two main quality sessions per week, with an emphasis on Threshold Running and Compromised Running. 1 Speed Development or Muscular Endurance workout per week. Long Runs every other week. All you need to crush any OCR course!

Hybrid (Hyrox & Deka) - 19.99/mo

Two Double Threshold (run & erg) workouts most weeks, with an emphasis on Muscular Endurance and Station-specific Skill Development. All you need to be ready to attack any Hybrid course out there!

Strength Training - 5.99/mo

Two Power based lifts + 1 Functional lift per week. Designed to meet ALL runners' needs with the first half of each workout, each session finishes with Hybrid-specific work.

Programming

We provide 7 days of programming each and every week!

We believe in developing your engine, both aerobically and anaerobically. And we believe the best way to do that is through consistant volume of training, a steady diet of Thresholf based quality sessions, and frequent skill work!

Nothing is required, other than your own body! We provide treadmill and non-treadmill options for everything we do.

 

We love hill workouts, especially for our Ultra and OCR athletes. But we provide options for flatlanders every time!

Good question. In order to keep your costs down, we build the Strength Plan independantly from the other Training Plans. The first half of each strength workout will benefit ALL athletes, while the second half of each workout is Hybrid specific. This allows any type of runner to use the Strength Plan, which allows us to charge you less!

Ideally, you would have a barbell with weight plates or a set of dumbells. You will also want a pull up bar! We try not to use any specialty equipment in these workouts!

Athletes

Of course not! But we do want you to move every day, so there are non running options and instructions for how to implement them!

No! Each workout contains instuctions for choosing the correct distance/duration. You will start at a mileage you feel comfortable with and you will have the opportunity to move up from there when ready!

That may feel like the case, but chances are you will be just fine as long as you follow our scaling guidelines for the workouts! And remember, if you don’t like it you can cancel anytime!

Many of our athletes do that very thing! Since all the Training Plans cost the same amount, there is no need to cancel and re-purchase. Simply email us when you’re ready to switch over and we will get you set up immediately!
